Man's natural reaction to an encounter with the LIVING God
by Terry inworship is man's natural reaction to an encounter with the living god.
for humans unacquainted with anything but a book or a prayer or a seat in an arena where "god" is spoken it is a 2nd level intellectual or emotional experience.
not reality.. idolatry becomes necessary.. what better way to serve an unknown and unknowable except by erecting a helpful worship aid: image?.

Would YOU Have Died For The Witness Religion?

would you have imitated the jws in concentration camps and died for your beliefs?.

it is scary to think about. this could be the one chance at life we get and we could have wasted it on something stupid.
come to think of it, factoring in the blood situation, yea i probably would have. especially since i did a LOT of stupid things as a kid. like trying to jump off a 3 floor balcony with a back pack and garbage bags for a parachute.

want the best military? we'll need the best technology.
want the best technology? gonna have to invest in the schools.
we're disenfranchising millions of kids by not investing properly in education.the very nature of "zone schools" in nyc is an example of that.
that's a lot of potential oppenheimers we're losing out on.
that's a lot of potential bankers, doctors, engineers, scientists, lawyers, entrepreneurs, etc that could be PAYING taxes on good paying jobs, rather than TAKING tax money in the form of food stamps, section 8, etc.
want to cut down on our dependency on foreign oil? lmao ok. how are we gonna do that when nearly every single machine with moving parts relies on SOME sort of lubricant?
how are we going to do that in a country that has so many cars with absolutely TERRIBLE gas mileage?
it's absolutely imperative we fix this problem and we have to do so in a world in which more countries are demanding MORE oil which means HIGHER prices.
the only long term solution is new energy sources.
it's time we start pulling our heads out our ass and start thinking long term

plus there's the whole nature of younger, healthier people paying for the older, sicker ones.
that's part of what bothers me about elderly voters voting for a paul ryan. to me, that's the epitome of selfish.

all i can say is i think so, with a lean towards probably.
i also watched the holocaust video and heard the stories a thousand times. freaky and not something a kid should have to hear. there was also the question of whether i should bury a bunch of awake and watchtowers for when the shitstorm started.
having had twinges of doubt all throughout my time as a dub, i like to think that when push comes to shove, and the boiling oil, noose, firing squad, whatever was setting up, my brain would kick in and realize it was all bullshit.
but i probably would have been a dutiful dubsack

Im also not saying its only Obamacare to blame. Its a house of cards
it's NOT some silly "house of cards" if it SAVES COMPANIES MONEY
this is mind boggling.
no we shouldn't invest in education to make our workforce smarter and more capable
no we shouldn't invest in a more robust public./private healthcare system which at least guarantees basic preventative care for the entire populace so that our workforce can be stronger and so that we can ultimately spend LESS on healthcare because we're nipping things in the bud instead of letting things progress to do or die status.
no we shouldn't extend rebuild our crumbling infrastructure which will power us into the 21st century while providing tons of good paying jobs.
yes we should absolutely ignore the basic economic principles of opportunity cost...

just saying obamacare will ruin jobs doesn't make it true.
you do know how insurance works right? you do realize we're the last industrialized nation to NOT have universal coverage right?
http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline/sickaroundtheworld/countries/models.html
These four models should be fairly easy for Americans to understand because we have elements of all of them in our fragmented national health care apparatus. When it comes to treating veterans, we're Britain or Cuba. For Americans over the age of 65 on Medicare, we're Canada. For working Americans who get insurance on the job, we're Germany.
For the 15 percent of the population who have no health insurance, the United States is Cambodia or Burkina Faso or rural India, with access to a doctor available if you can pay the bill out-of-pocket at the time of treatment or if you're sick enough to be admitted to the emergency ward at the public hospital.
The United States is unlike every other country because it maintains so many separate systems for separate classes of people. All the other countries have settled on one model for everybody. This is much simpler than the U.S. system; it's fairer and cheaper, too.

you should stop listening to glenn beck. he's a moron of epic proportions and a liar.
from your own link:
The closing of the Maryville facility was an extremely difficult decision but necessary because of dramatic changes in the overall battery market over the past three to four years. With the increased use of rechargeable electronic devices with multiple features, primary battery sales continue to decline in developed markets worldwide."
The maker of batteries, Schick razors and Wet Ones cleaning wipes also said it more than doubled its quarterly profits. It posted fiscal fourth-quarter net income of $117 million, or $1.84 per share. That’s up from $45.8 million, or 67 cents per share, in the same quarter of last year, which was weighed down by restructuring and other items.
Net sales were $1.14 billion, a 5 percent drop from the previous year. Energizer said the slip was partially the result of weakening demand for batteries and fewer hurricanes in the U.S. The company’s quarter ended Sept. 30, and Superstorm Sandy hit the Northeastern U.S. on Oct. 29.
Excluding money set aside for lawsuits and other items, adjusted earnings for Energizer Holdings, Inc. came out to $1.76 per share.
Analysts had expected the company to post earnings of $1.55 per share and sales of $1.14 billion, according to the data provider FactSet.
now does that REALLY sound like obamacare screwed these people out of a job? is it a company making changes to adapt in a changing world? is it a case of greedy share holders demanding more profits despite already exceeding expected targets even after setting aside money for lawsuits?

The only transformation inside them is mounting fear of failure to survive. The nature of their "worship" is appeasement.
you have a way with words. that's exactly what it felt like to me. even when i was pioneering there was a part of me that saw satan as more of a "liberator" in that he gave us choice. sort of. in reality it's do or die.
anyway, what you said there is a large part of how i felt, but never knew how to put into words.
